I don't even know where to begin with these people. I noticed my insurance bill fluctuating every month, but didn't think too much of it at first. Then when my bill reached over $80 I emailed Patty, a rep for my agent that has been great at communicating with me in the beginning, questioning why I am getting charged so high and the reason behind my fluctuating bills. She stated someone screwed up my policy, that I will owe a ridiculous amount for this month, and that I will also receive a refund from her going back and fixing what was messed up.
