I live in Davis Park the sister property in Smyrna (same office). I really like my condo and the neighborhood is quiet. There is also a nice playground. However, I NEVER get a response from the office to get my maintenance issues fixed. I have been having issues with my shower for OVER 3 WEEKS and no one has came out and now I am having plumbing issues. The office staff is EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED!!!!! I have been living here for two months now and they have sent at least 3 people to MY HOUSE that I pay for and telling them that they can just walk in and take a tour because it is an empty unit.
