Each unit comes with a outside deck & interior wood burning fireplaces. Highly convenient for those who travel alot for work as it's just 7 minutes to the Nashville's International Airport & an easy commute downtown by or commuter rail. Includes large green areas, tennis courts, a pool & jacuzzi as well as a well appointed clubhouse with kitchen available to all residence through the HOA for a nominal fee. Complex is in terrific condition and

Clean, well kept lawns. There are plenty of smart rules in place to keep the peace. MUST PARK IN APPROPRIATE PARKING SPACES OR YOUR CAR WILL GET BOOTED OR TOWED! There are tennis courts and a pool (pass required). The neighborhood is quiet, there aren't kids running around wild/darting in front of your car. I love this quiet, pretty, friendly community!
