I wish I would have read the reviews before hiring this useless lawyer that I haven't even met, the staff is horrible as well, When I went for the appointment I payed $39 the. i was told my papers would be filled out and sent as soon as I would pay $1200 plus the money order for my application fees so I payed the $1200 that same day oh & the $39 where not even applied to the $1200 but okay I payed them so they could fill the papers out & send them I took my money order and all the papers they asked me to take its going to be three weeks already and I they have not sent my papers to

I came to get a case of a DWI for a relative.I payed $2,000 all within a week. Which by the way their "plan payment" that they claim to give in the radio was asked in two full payments of $900+ and that must be payed within a week. They spoke to me and explained how it works and they were great since the beginning up until I payed all the money. I spoke to the lawyer Catherine ONE TIME. 12/22/17 to be specific. She explained said everything was fine and she was gonna try her best to fight it. After that I never spoke to her again. I've called the office multiple times to speak to

The staff is pretty nice but our experience there with the overall process was and is still horrible.
To make the story short...my mother and I went there to fix her immigration status, again staff was super friendly, no issue there. After a couple of appointments and questions we got amazing news about how fast and easy the process was going to be with me petitioning for her, we went over payment plans, PAID quite a bit money to get the process started, got some paperwork we had to fill out and bring back to the next appointment. Fast forward to a couple of days before that appointment we get

Working with Erika Salter Law Office was one of the best choice we did for the petition of residency for my husband. We Worked with Darlin and she made our process so smooth and easy. She explained everything so well to me and my husband. She explained the whole process step by step on what actions needed to be taken.
