Victoria has been in the dental field since 1999. She is HIPAA certified and specializes in collections, insurance, and account auditing. She has advanced training in practice management.
She has served on the board for the Mount Vernon school district as a key communicator, two terms on the citizen advisory board as well as PTO president for Lincoln Elementary, Laventure Middle School, and served one term with the Mount Vernon High School football board as Treasurer.Served as a judge for Collegiate DECA students at WWU.

Our patients need to receive the proper dental care in a dental office where they feel relaxed and comfortable at all levels. Teeth adjacent to the missing tooth will tip (rotate) into the missing space. Given enough time (many years) the teeth adjacent to the missing space could rotate completely sideways (falling into the space where the missing tooth is). The teeth opposing the missing tooth will grow toward the missing tooth space (a process called super eruption).
The procedure begins with preparation of the natural teeth, or abutments. We will shape the abutment teeth so that the ends of the bridge will fit comfortably on each one. The next step is to take an impression of the area. This impression will be sent to our lab where your new restoration will be crafted.

I do not like going to the dentist but Dr. Patel and his staff (Nancy and Rhonda and Paula) are the main dental assistants that have worked with me and they are all great! I would highly recommend Alpine dental in Mount Vernon! We’ve usually had a few good laughs by the time I am done!! They have several dentists in the office that I am sure are good dentists too, but once I found Dr. Patel I am sticking with him!

I have been clinically diagnosed with severe anxiety and have avoided the dentist for the last 15 years. This was due to a bad experience with a previous dentist. I went for a cleaning and to talk with the doctor about what my concerns were. The staff was AMAZING! They were so caring and attentive and NEVER once made me feel bad or self conscious about the status of my teeth due to lack of dental care. I still cannot stop looking at my teeth! They look amazing and Katie did a BEAUTIFUL job with no pain! Highly recommend! I am looking forward to continuing my care for once in my life!

The office fit me in for a dental emergency right away and were kind and professional.

My husband has been trying to get me to switch over to his dental office for so long and I finally went yesterday, got the most thorough cleaning by the sweetest hygienist, Kim! My teeth and gums feel amazing and even though Kim warned me that I may be sore the next day, I feel nothing but clean polished teeth! Dr. Chaz was also thorough and friendly and so was the dental assistant Clarissa! I was relieved to know that my mouth was in way better shape then I thought! Yay!

If I could give this review a ten I would, I went in for my check up and the doctor was super sweet to me and kind and understood my phobia, calmed me down. Got me in quick the next day to start fixing my smile explained everything he was doing and although I’m a grown woman it feels nice to be reassured that you are doing a good job opening your mouth the right way or not moving or biting down makes me feel part of what they are doing. The doctor and assistant made sure I was taken care of and I was okay with my sensitive teeth he wasn’t pushy and was careful with my teeth 🦷

I received a text message about my insurance at 4 pm., just a day before my next early morning appointment. Before the procedure, I handed my insurance card. The receptionist on the 2nd building didn't say anything but after the procedure, she told me my insurance is out of network and charged me almost $150.00 I wish the staff would have just called instead of texting. On top of that, the message was so late.

I have been a patient at Alpine Dental for the past 3 years, Seen by both Dr. Patel and Dr. Gallant. There staff is kind, polite and professional. I really can't say enough about Alpine Dental. I've recently met both Dr Patel and Dr Gallant via word of mouth. Both are a HUGE step up from any of the local dental agencies I have worked with.
Dr Patel met me for my consult a few weeks ago and today Dr. Gallant performed my first round of dental amazingness. He really was a total rockstar! He filled/repaired at least dozen gum line cosmetic fillings, sanded down chipped teeth, did a root canal, and crown prep in under 3 hours. Pain was minimal and numbing wore off in just a few hours.
His demeanor was excellent and he kept his pace

The staff here is great. I've never had to wait very long to get through to the front desk, and they are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. I do not have dental insurance and have been
very pleased with their alpine plan.
Dr. Patel is very personable and has great bedside manner. I just had a cleaning done with Jenny and she was sooo meticulous and probably gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. I'll be referring everyone here!

To begin, I get very anxious at the dentist...even just cleanings. I've been through a few in Bellingham over the last few years. I decided to give Alpine Dental a try since it is closer to home, they had good reviews and they have late weekday and Saturday appointments so I don't have to take time off work. Firstly, I appreciated all the persistent reminders via text & phone, as I can always use reminders! Dr. Patel is affordable and he pretty much takes every insurance. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for! He miss diagnosed my dental problem. But, wait! The dentists that work for him are even worse! You can tell a lot about a business owner by the attitude of his employees. In this case I haven't met a happy person who works for him. I recently learned that you can pay to have a review removed from YELP. WHAT???!!!! Hopefully this helps someone before he has it removed.

Both dentists amazing ! Dr gallant and Dr Patel. Both impressive and truly care. Both of my kids now go there and there great and defiantly go the extra mile. Wow the price is amazing also. Having operating engineers insurance the patience part due is zero usually depending on what services as they give special rates for union plans. I will soon be a new patient there also. Thank you both Drs and the great office staff and dental assistances for truly the great service that has always been provided.

I literally fly from Los Angeles to get my teeth cleaned and fixed here. (Okay my parents live in Mount Vernon but STILL.) Dr. Patel is SO nice and knows what he is doing and the ladies who work there are all so nice- they put up with me asking a million questions and being a scared baby.
Stephanie cleaned my teeth last week and she did an amazing job- my teeth are so clean you could eat off them!
