I had absolutely no dance experience until I was 26 plus I was shy. Being a fan of the 1930s/40s swing era and always looking for a chance to sport my latest vintage dress find, I somehow got the idea to take a swing dance class. I felt nervous and uncoordinated. I had thoughts like, "I have no idea if I'm doing this right, " "Do I look stupid?" and "Everyone seems so much better than me."
Brandee was so friendly, encouraging and disarming that I quickly found myself not only trying new moves, but actually enjoying the process. Our five lessons with Brandee were hands down the absolute best part of preparing for our wedding! For the rest of my life I will always treasure the Tuesday evenings I spent with my son taking dance lessons with Brandee!

We had the most wonderful experience with Brandee and cannot recommend her enough! We signed up for three dance lessons to learn a few simple moves for our first dance and the entire process surpassed all of our expectations. My fiancé and I had so much fun during each lesson, and our first dance turned out to be a smashing success. We came to Brandee with a very tough task: create a medley for our first dance. We had disco, samba and a paso doble! We created a medley of 4 fragments of songs, Brandee choreographed it all and after 6 super fun classes we were ready to give everything on our the dance floor. Brandee is super creative, super fun to work with, she spent a lot of time and energy creating our dance and it came out better than we thought! I definitely recommend her. Thank you Brandee!

My now husband and I took dance lessons for our wedding, we have some natural moves, but didn't wanted our first dance to look polished. Brandee was AMAZING! She came up with a basic yet fun routine that was customized to our first dance song. She helped decide how to enter and start dancing (I wouldn't have even thought about practicing that part), along with how to dip and kiss at the end. The classes were SO fun and she helped us nail the dance! We can't wait to go back and take more classes from Brandee!! Thanks Brandee, your the best!

I signed up for private lessons for East Coast Swing with Brandee (no partner needed) and they exceeded my expectations! I bought a class pack of 5 for private lessons to learn swing, something I have always wanted to do. Not only is Brandee an excellent dancer, she is an intuitive teacher who knows what and how you need to learn to absorb the instruction. I attended a dance after 2 lessons, and was able to keep up and enjoy the dance!
