I had the best experience ever!! They helped me with all the dresses for my quinceañera. Pamela, the sales person there was amazing and extremely helpful. Make sure to ask for Pamela when booking an appointment!

I wish I knew the ladies name that was “helping us” we ordered dresses in ivory they came in white. The lady would not admit that she ordered white dresses some guy gets on the phone and starts grilling us. We asked for the women to get back on the phone and she refused to get on the phone and the guy hung up on us. So they order the wrong dresses and then tells us we can’t exchange or return. My mother in law went in to try and figure it out and they where nothing but rude and went on to say the person I was on the phone with is High! Talk about unprofessional and rude. We were here 05/29/2021 on a search for a flower girl dress and a ring bearer dress. My friends were also in the search for bridesmaids dresses. I was able to get the flower girl dress easily. But the ring bearer dress was hard to choose because they were either too small or too big. And ordering one would take days to arrive. They suggested a longer dress for my older daughter (ring bearer) when she tried the dress on i loved it. We decided to go with that one. My friends decided on getting the same dress as my daughter for their bridesmaid wear. The sales lady Pamela was very pushy and did not

I had my first appointment with Pam the second week of February 2021.
I was amazed by how great the service was, what I loved even more is how clean this place is.
The owner is Very good at what she is doing and even more she is very friendly.

I went to look for a dress and I was very indecisive on what dress, color, style I wanted. The lady who works there or manager who ever she is was very pushy, she lacks customer service and she never smiles and she makes sarcastic comments. I thought I was going to return but then went to another store called lady secret , at the same mall and I bought my dress from them 100% recommend them. But for the lady manager I hope you get to change the attitude and energy you give the people and paying customers, we don’t try to be a hassle like you make it seem. Thank you and will never be going there

Beware! they look really nice from the outside, all the dresses put in in rows by color, etc. But we were looking at a quinceanera dress for my niece and we saw stones missing, zipper wouldn't go up and when we tell this to the cashier. Paloma or patricia I don't remember, she was super pushy saying: "oh that's an easy fix! you should buy it and we have a tiara that matches...." we refused to buy the dress, so we kept shopping and saw her put that dress back in the racks! She didn't even fix it! I'm putting this here so people make sure they check their dresses, they aren't looking to help you

I had a great experience at Glamour, the costumer service is excellent. They help me to find my wedding dress and accesories. They are conveniently located inside the mall, and have a good variety. The prices are really good, I wish I could give it 10 stars!!! After looking for a dress for months, I finally found it, I was going to the mall to buy a winter coat and was surprise to find a bridal shop there. You guys will see me soon, my sister is going to prom soon!
