We were very happy with Roohan Realty and Christine and Mara, the agents who helped sell our house. They worked very hard and were professional and responsive throughout the process. They were knowledgeable about all aspects of selling my home in Saratoga Springs, especially marketing it, showing it, and attending to all the important details. Anny O'Neill was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I were first-time homebuyers moving from out of state with a toddler, baby on the way, and a relatively short window to work with. Given the absolute craziness of the market in 2021, we worked with four different agents looking in 3 different states for a home suitable for us. Val was phenomenal to work with! I was an out of state relo move which complicated the already complex process of buying a house and I also had the unfortunate experience of having Quicken Loans as my mortgage lender (they are HORRIBLE!
