We had Aubrey as our selling agent, she come to our home and told us what needed to be done. Talked over prices, and told us why she prices that way, and gave us dates to work with, had her team working with us. Sold our house in 2 days and for more then we were asking. My husband and I selected Aubrey Guri for our realtor as she has a warm, friendly yet professional demeanor. She walked through the house with us asking questions and taking notes of the special features of our home. She informed us of the benefits of using her team. I work from home, so when I sold my town house and moved into a new condo in 2017, I was moving my home and my business - not an easy process. Aubrey and her team were terrific on both transactions. They staged my home, took lovely photographs, advertised an open house with other agents and the public, and within three days of the open house, I had multiple offers, including above the asking price. For the condo, I had some unusual requirements and Aubrey helped me quickly and efficiently with those too. She knows her market and I highly recommend her.
