Made an appointment for 10am-11am, at 1045 I called to be sure we were all set. Was told I'd get a call back. Called again an hour later and was told again that I'd get a call back. At 1pm I still had not gotten a call back so I called again and was told there was no one to come till around 4pm. So I just canceled. Why did I never get updates when things were clearly going wrong? I understand things can happen but why did I have to hound them for updates? Ppl were polite but no follow through.

We just had the best experience we’ve ever had with a plumbing service! Blake was the one who came to assist us and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all the questions we had with no problem. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with our water heater and install a brand new on in a matter of a couple hours! We were very happy with his customer service and our overall experience! We highly recommend this company.

Blake did fantastic job on cleaning my main sewer line which was blocked over and over again which my previous plumber could not fix. Showed me where it was blocked and hydro jetted through. Showed me the pics of the pipe afterward. Great job!!! Thanks.

We’ve used Graham Plumbing a couple of times now. This time we had Blake from Graham come out and check a valve under our kitchen sink that connects to our dishwasher. I had Julio as my plumber and needed him to check out a strange odor coming from the hallway near the bathroom door. I was concerned there was a leak under the house where the toilet tied into the drain line. Julio first went into the crawl space and into the area below the toilet. He was able to verify there was no leak and that nothing had leaked in the past. This was great news and Julio had me operate all the drains in the bathroom just to make sure. He was patient and took his time and was very professional. Back up in the bathroom he.saw that one of the two sinks did not have a proper drain
