IRC is an energy conservation company that is listed on the Southern California Gas Company web site as being an approved contractor for the UPGRADE CALIFORNIA program to make homes more energy efficient.
This company began installing a tankless "thermo solar" water heater in our home in Burbank MAY 18, 2014, and they still are not done! They withdrew the full amount of $20,000 the DAY AFTER WE SIGNED the contract, which means we don't have a lot of leverage to make them finish the job, since they have all our money.
