Founded in 1966, we're a second-generation, family-owned and -operated company providing structural steel solutions for clients throughout the western and mountain United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

For proof that a brother and sister can not only get along together, but also continue a 50-year tradition of quality structural steel fabrication begun by their father, look no further than these two: President (because he's older and bigger) Todd Weaver received a BA in business administration from the University of Washington, then worked as an underwriter in the insurance industry.
Services
According to one of the company's earliest brochures, our most valuable asset is people. We are a growth-oriented organization, geared to utilizing individual knowledge, skills and special talents, all with a common goal of achieving personal and corporate success. Guess nothing's changed. If you're the kind of person who can see yourself retiring from Metals Fab, here's the place to start.
What started as a one-man "general welding shop" in a 26' x 32' garage back in 1965 is now nearly 145 employees operating in 112,571 SF of production space on more than 23 acres. And we're still growing. Our shop includes both conventional and state-of-the-art equipment, from a 1930s-era Liberty planer mill to a CNC Voortman high- speed carbide drill and miter saw combination line, purchased new in 2015.
Whether it's just a couple of cambered beams you're looking for or 10,000 tons of steel, our team is ready. We've fabricated structural steel for Facebook data centers and Amazon's Seattle headquarters. We've built trusses for a military airplane hangar in eastern Mongolia and another for the space shuttle at Edwards Air Force Base.
At Metals Fab, we seek only those jobs that we can manage effectively. Our team specializes in heavy structural steel fabrication, trusses, and architecturally exposed structural steel on projects ranging in size from 10 to 10,000 tons. We also do smaller projects like stairs and railings. And though our primary markets stretch across the western United States, we've shipped our steel around the world.

TERRIBLE AFTERSALES- they were supposed to fix a microwave and they gave us an older version not ours which was rusty and with cobwebs. The owner didn’t want to comment and the technician said that it is the correct one when serial number is different ! Below in picture is the rusty part that was ‘replaced !

After Sales Service is practically non existent and they charge ludicrous prices for parts. This morning I called as I needed to change my oven bulb. I was told to go there and leave a depisit as they needed to order the part, a simple bulb. They were going to charge me EUR 25. Bought it from Rovic Ironmongery for EUR 1.50. ITC should be ashamed of themselves!

Disorganized, terrible. Missed items from the delivery, forgot to issue receipts, lying about stock availability on multiple items, and skipping on promises.

Very fast delivery and friendly staff! Good brands at good prices. Just know that showroom and order processing are somewhat basic.

Horrible after sales. Kept saying I damaged the washing machine when it never functioned correctly since delivery. Eventually changed it after 1 gruelling year of sending technicians to try and fix a fault which clearly came from the factory. The female owner is also super rude and unhelpful. Shop there at your own risk.

Horrible experience. Unprofessional. Complete disrespect for the client. They do not respond for emails or calls. I bought the dishwasher and they do not wan to deliver. It is the 4th time I need to leave early work. Once, they sent it to the wrong person, one they made an appointment and completely ignored it. Never even called saying they are not coming. Third time the person call saying its on the way.....Then called, said, he will not make it as traffic is too big!!!! No, there is no response, whatsoever. AVOID! I WISH I HAVE.

Avoid line the plague, customer service? They can't even spell it. We only asked if they could send a tech to look at our hob but because we didn't buy from them they didn't want to know and this is the AEG agent.i think the good reviews are from there relations
