Services
Rapid conception and programming is essential to shortening the development of production. Premier Manufacturing offers engineering services for our customers which may include modifying our standard designs and/or creating new products built to customer-specific design requirements. Designs are created using our 3D CAD software, enabling live, interactive design reviews which you can view without ever leaving your office.
Blanks cut on the lasers and/or Punches are then bent and begin to tape shape with our state-of-the-art CNC press brakes. Our Press Brakes utilize quick set-up tooling for fast and efficient set-ups. Our press brakes have up to 8 axis forming capabilities which allows for much less handling on your more complex parts.
Premier Manufacturing has always had hardware insertion capabilities. Since we opened our doors in the early 2000's, we have added more machines as the need for additional capacity has emerged. The latest automated equipment addition of the Haeger One Touch-4e plays a large part in increasing productivity while cutting cost.
The backbone of our state-of-the-art powder paint line consists of a five-stage zinc phosphate pre-treatment system. This system utilizes a single track conveyor system for higher volume parts. Also included in the powder line is an in-line dry-off oven, in-line powder booth and an in-line curing oven.
