My own health and wellness issues took me down a new life path of healing. When traditional medical treatments didn't provide the answers and relief that I was looking for, I pursued answers through holistic modalities. I managed a wellness store for 2 years before moving to Colorado. I then worked for 5 years as an Office Manager/Clinical Assistant in a chiropractic office.
Applied Kinesiology (AK) was developed in 1964 by Dr. George Goodhart. AK is a system that allows the doctor to test areas of weakness in the body's musculoskeletal system. I've been going to Dr. Irestone for almost 17 years. I've had 9 orthopedic surgeries including a knee and ankle replacement. Dr. Irestone's treatments always make a big difference in how I feel and how active I can be. Staying on a regular schedule (usually monthly) of visits keeps my pain managed which enables me to meet my daily exercise and activity goals.

Dr Irestone and the entire staff are a rare find. They function as a very well organized and yet very caring and knowledgeable group. I have been there many times and the experience has always been excellent. I feel my health restoring by following their guidance. I only wish I had found them sooner.

I realize I am a difficult case. I have several health issues happening at the same time with overlapping symptoms. Dr. Irestone is doing a great job dealing with and eliminating one thing at a time.
