I recently moved here in the last year for junior hockey and it was taking a serious toll on my back. I began looking for a chiropractor who really knew what they were doing and understood the sports world extensively. That lead me to Dr. Jeff, and I could not be any more thankful for that. Dr. Jeff has taken his time to really listen to me and the issues I have had, and has drastically improved my back and body as a whole. Love this place! Dr. Jeff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt relief from my lower back pain within the 1st session and it's only gotten better. He takes the time to explain all the specifics of his diagnosis and treatment plan and he has always been able to answer my questions. The staff is also very kind, considerate, and work efficiently even when it gets busy. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and wonderful.

Dr. Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable. I was tight and sore all over, I get so much relief after every adjustment. Gave exercise sheets to help me with my back which has helped me a lot. The ambiance is relaxing, very neat and sanitized. I’m very satisfied with the treatment. They are very friendly with great service.

Best massage I've gotten in years! Carol is wonderful and when you say that you want a deep tissue massage, she has the strength to deliver a REAL DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE, not just a little pressure like most therapists I've seen in the past few years. I initially came across Eagle Trace through Groupon and I'm glad I did. I continued my treatment with Eagle Trace. I am very happy with my experience. Dr. Plaster is knowledgeable and passionate about his work and helping people. The office environment is very professional and welcoming at the same time. There is no pressure for a treatment but Dr. Plaster will explain how it is beneficial in every day life. The office works with every insurance and if insurance doesn't work, they offer good prices for even minimal treatment. I trust Eagle Trace with my care and I recommend it to everyone.
