You will NOT be allowed to go to the vehicle for ANY reason if the vehicle has a HOLD or needs a police release. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. My car was towed there after a car accident not caused by me. I went to retrieve my items from my vehicle so the insurance company could get the car. I got there at 11am and was told there was a "hold" on my vehicle. The insurance company contacted Clayton County who in turn contacted the tow company directly. There was no hold on my vehicle... registration and insurance current... no tkts... nothing. While on the phone everything was ok and I could get my stuff. She gets off the phone and I sign the papers and I'm told I'd have to wait that

Stay far away from this company !! You will go though hell and back to get things handled here ! One of the employees told me she's not obligated to call me when she told me she will call once she get the release form back ..All I can say is WOW !!! This employee is bold ans obviously can get away with anything since the manager doesnt care nothing about customer service !!! Pls be aware !!!

I can't remember his last name... but his name was James. Was very friendly over the phone. As fate would have it, I ran into this behemoth of a man (6'6") days later lifting a car off an elderly person with his pinky toe with a hot dog in one hand and a cream soda in the other (people still drink those?) Pretty sure his next stop is Valhalla with his Viking looking beard.

I refuse to give these ppl ANY STARS, but since I have to...here ya go...my HONEST EXPERIENCE with New Image towing. The charged me 3 TIMES what ANY OTHER wrecker service would have charged to winch out and tow my tractor and EMPTY trailer 8 MILES. I have a trucking co and I usually need a wrecker 3-5 times a year, I know wreckers get a bad rap, but their are some REALLY decent ones out there... it is JUST NOT THESE GUYS... and when I called to discuss the charge the manager/owner don't really care who he was yelled at me and said I would pay that bill.... he was wright I paid the bill
