This is an excellent company. Juan is very professional, arrived on time, and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine easily, made sure when he fixed it that it truly was fixed by watching it complete the wash and spin cycle, and gave me very helpful tips on how to take care of it to avoid future problems.

Juan was great. My oven provided an error code that indicated an ignitor went bad. I replaced it and it didn't fix the problem. I called Juan and he came out. Unfortunately it took a while for him to trace wires and ultimately find the problem with a broken gas valve. We got the valve ordered and replaced and the oven works as it should now. It was a hard repair that took a long time to figure out and Juan was great. He didn't rush, took the time and effort to make sure it was right, and provided great customer service. Would recommend to others and I plan on calling him in the future if I have

Juan replaced a part on my dryer that was causing a horrible screeching sound. The dryer is nice and quiet now. He cleaned a sensor and properly hooked up my hose vent ( at no additional charge)! He was fast, very professional and very knowledgeable.
