I received a bill for $150. After inquiring if my insurance had been billed, I was told I didn't upload the information. After uploading the paperwork for the second time, I received another bill for $150. The insurance had been billed, but a payable diagnosis had not been used. The insurance requested the appointment be rebilled with a different diagnosis, but Kathy refused. I now have to pay when my insurance should be paying.
Personally we were not a good fit, but that doesn't mean that you won't be.
