Services
Our Mission at Genesis is to use our gifts and talents in teaching and counseling to help others become all that God intended them to be! Genesis is an independent, nonprofit organization, not officially affiliated with any single denomination, church, state or other public institute. Our counselors are highly trained in state and federally accredited graduate programs as professionals and typically have theological and ministry training as well.
The staff at Genesis have historically served the larger community of faith as trusted Christian professionals who come along side of pastors and ministry leaders to help them with their "flock" and the unique population in their care. The basis of our Christian beliefs is the Bible, God's infallible written Word, the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments.
Tom has provided mental health services as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT 32218) since 1995 for individuals, couples, families of all ages, ethnic and diagnostic categories. Graduate of California Baptist University with Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology. Tom has worked 16 years for Riverside County Department of Mental Health with 12 years as a Mental Health Services Supervisor.
Genesis is an independent, nonprofit organization, not affiliated with any denomination, church, state or public institute. Our licensed or pre-licensed therapists are highly trained in accredited graduate programs, as well as in areas of theological expertise and ministry training. Genesis has created a safe and confidential counseling environment where all clients will be treated professionally.
