Banki has literally saved my life, twice now. I started seeing him just casually, once a year, around age 33. He was proactive and would find small things, send them for biopsy and it was easy. In 2014, he found my first malignant melanoma and in 2016, he found another. I have an appt today, and while it can be stressful, he is PROACTIVE and I feel 100% confident in his care.

I have been seeing Justyna Pachowska for several years now. She is very thorough and listens to what you have to say. I value her judgement. In addition she assisted me in applying for insurance coverage for my psoriasis, which was very expensive. When I indicated that I could not afford the cost, she provided me with a sample packet that will carry me for a few months. Much appreciated. The staff at Dr. Banki's office is very nice and proficient. I recommend them very highly.

Had to make an appointment 6 months in advance just for it to be rescheduled anothe month out. Then on the day of the new appointment which I had to take off work for I get a call that they will have to reschedule again! I am dealing with a serious skin issue here that requires a specialist this is completely unprofessional. I will not be rescheduling again. Don't bother coming here unless you enjoy having your time wasted and being strung along.

Horrible first impression. I was calling to set an appointment as a new patient. When someone finally answered the phone, she was cold and not very helpful. Would not schedule an appointment without a referral, even though my insurance does not require it. Had no availability until December unless I could get another doctor to tell them it's urgent. Did not seem at all interested in taking new patients. Dr. Banki, you may be amazing, but I will never know now. Your staff is not amazing.
