Physicians' Primary Care of Southwest Florida, a physician owned and operated medical practice, was formed in 1996 by many long practicing local physicians and has grown to be the largest independent multi-specialty practice in Southwest Florida with offices in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Lehigh Acres.

Services
In addition to traditional in-person appointments, we now offer telehealth appointments as an alternative to coming in to the office. All you need is a smartphone, tablet or laptop with a microphone and camera in order to have a visit from the comfort of your home. Unfortunately, not all visits are appropriate for a telehealth visit.
During the test, you will lie on a table that is attached to the CT scanner, which is a large doughnut-shaped machine. The CT scanner sends X-rays through the body area being studied. Each rotation of the scanner takes less than a second and provides a picture of a thin slice of the organ or area. All of the pictures are saved as a group on a computer.
At our Main Lab in Cape Coral, patient appointments are available from 6:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If instructed to fast before your appointment, please do not eat or drink anything, except water, after midnight. Once completed, tests are communicated directly to our physicians via our electronic medical record system.
We work with you to create a personal prevention plan that helps you stay healthy and avoid getting sick. The visit is covered by Medicare at 100%. In most cases your visits with your doctor are addressing a specific ailment or chronic condition. However, during the Annual Wellness Visit our wellness providers can focus on overall health and provides a plan for the next 5 to 10 years.
Physical therapists work with many types of patients, ranging from: infants, adults to the elderly. Our team of licensed medical professionals is here to help our patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disability. Wide variety of treatments are available for various injuries, conditions, pain, disease processes, and post-operative recovery.

Tried reaching Dr. office day after Thanksgiving. Got answering service. Never heard back even after making 3 separate calls to on-call service. Also tried getting through to the office on Monday and Tuesday of this week and after being on hold for over 2 hours, I just gave up. Find another practice if you ever want to receive care. We reached out to another Dr. and got in same day.

PPC Peds South is absolutely amazing. The staff & Doctor are so kind and patient with the patients they are comforting and definitely well educated. This is the first time visiting this location I’ve been to many of the other locations and this one was hands down the best. I was in and out and felt like my child was their top priority. Dr Martin is always so sweet and Trinity was phenomenal to say the least. I will definitely take the extra 30 min drive to come to this location.
