For ALL reservations made within 48 hours of arrival, guests need to provide payment and identification during normal business hours from 9 am - 5 pm. We require $1000 down payment/deposit for the Lake Front Townhouse, Log House, Deer Run Ridge House and the Dresser House. The Florida properties, Pink Dolphin and Piano House we require a $3000 deposit due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

I had a group stay at their Deer Run Ridge location recently, the house was beautiful and clean, but there are some improvements that should be made especially for the price they rent out the house for
-- Plow service was not good - plow guy came to the house at 7am (very late for plow service) proceeded to plow a single strip in the driveway and then left without doing anything else. We had parked deliberately so there was space at the bottom of the hill to push snow into in case it snowed a lot. Which it did. He did not come back until I called the rental agency to say we had some cars stuck

I booked the place one year in advance for our annual summer family trip. We all were very excited to stay here but the whole experience was very disappointing.
Upon arriving, we had noticed that the bathrooms were not cleaned up to standards. In fact, we found bugs crawling in the bathroom and had to get rid of them ourselves. There were also maintenance issues as well throughout our stay. For example, the upstairs bathroom door lock was broken and wouldn’t lock, the door handle to the patio was broken, and the kitchen faucet did not work properly. I had to contact management during our trip

I had a terrible experience trying to book the lake front cabin for a weekend trip with friends. The owner specifically told me she would reserve the cabin for me for 48 hours. I called back before the 48 hours was up to book the cabin and make the payment and she had already booked it with someone else. She was "unavailable" when this issue happened and claimed this was my mistake, when I have record of her telling me the cabin would be reserved in order for me to have time to finalize the plans. In addition, there is no ability to put a deposit down, you must pay the full amount to officially
