I called the week of and asked if we could get a larger cabin. No problem with good suggestions. I made the change and realized the next day the cabin only had a window air conditioner.

Driving Directions to Sand County Service Company located at 116 W Munroe Avenue, Lake Delton WI 53940: Take Interstate 90 through Wisconsin to the Wisconsin Dells area. Take Exit #89 and turn north onto Highway 23 and go approximately 1/2 mile. The Sand County Office will be on your right. The entrance and lobby is in the back of our office.
Linens, a basic supply of towels, hand soap, and bathroom tissue are provided. We suggest you bring your own beach and pool towels, dish soap, paper towels, coffee filters and other convenience items. After your third stay with us you will automatically be enrolled in our Frequent Guest Club. The non-refundable damage deposit waiver will relieve you of costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the property and its contents.

We rent house under their menagement 222 Grouse drive,Brrigsville,Wi it was the worst experience .
Dust everywhere all over the house every second light in the house not working,they not even clean the snow from the patio, gym machines not working only 1 small tv in cabin with 7 bedrooms .
They said we do not provide service its covid becouse they know half of their amenities are out of service .
Avoid their cabins by any cost its very poorly maintained

I spoke to Dana, the owner. After speaking she emailed me there property management packet, which I read front to back so I would know what the company brings to the table. I emailed a couple questions and the response was “I’m out of town till X (three weeks from them). Reach back out to me then”. I had already reached out to you. None of my questions were answered in the email and I was told to wait three weeks and then reach out to her, not that she would call me. There management fees are on the very high side of the market. With this high fee structure I expected excellent service. That

When contacted about an interest in a vacation home rental for a group of friends and I, they told me that it was rented out to "tenants" for the next four months. Details were given regarding a month-to-month basis ($1600/month with everything included depending on the owner) but then they would not disclose information for the owner of those homes to be reached at as "this was a special for some of her friends" and "she doesn't normally do month to month." No consistency in information, pricing or lodging. I will be looking elsewhere.

There are a lot of positives and negatives to renting here. One thing that's very important during a pandemic is cleanliness and most of their vacation homes are cleaned top to bottom by a cleaning service at checkout so you should have everything you need to remain safe from viruses.

They have an excellent staff. Helpful and quick to respond. they went out of the way to make sure we had enough of their discounted tickets to go to Timbavati on our last day. They ran out and instead of just saying sorry they actually went and got more tickets! It was a great property- Arrowhead Trails - and a GREAT experience.

Our group booked a girls weekend getaway- all coming from different locations. First group arrived at Taramack Highland 10, no wifi so we called on that, service on the way( not a big deal) then as we just sit down to begin our weekend of catching up- enormous flooded living room carpet, likely from skylight. Called office to be initially told the rain was really heavy and they'd send someone over, but didn't have alternate accommodations available. Since we were not going to stay in those conditions I was told she'd call us back. Received a call they had found another location for

Let's start with the pros. Our house was off the main strip, but not far from attractions. It looked well appointed when we entered. It's nice to be able to step away from the chaos that is Wisconsin Dells Parkway. We had a ping pong table and foosball table, which the kids really enjoyed.
Cons: first of all, our check in was moved back from its original time because they weren't done cleaning yet. We already waited around for about an hour and a half for check in time to come, and we were all travel weary. There aren't a lot of places to "roost" in the Dells if

This is the best place to rent a cabin/condo. The staff marcy and george is so wonderful and pleasant! Guy the maint man is also delightful! Ive been renting the tannenbaum house for some time now and each time it gets better! Previously had issues with the worn sofa with non existant cuahions (flat) and mattress protection. To my surprise on my last visit after leavimg a comment on a comment card the sofa was replaced and all mattresses had bed bug encasments! BIG PLUS IN MY BOOK! Not to mention new rails were going up for the balcony. Im always pleased with the service that sand county offers

I had to give a rating to leave a review, and 1 star is way more than what I really feel about this service company and more specifically the condo that we rented. My husband, 13 month old son and myself rented a condo at the Dells Club Condominiums (Juniper 11 was the unit) for a weekend so that my husband could attend conventions at Chula Vista. Listen up readers!!! Cheaper is NOT always better. Hip, Hip, Hooray for Sand County Service Company. I hate to classify them as a campground 'cuz they aren't. They're a company that has various properties in the Dells area that you can rent on a daily or weekly basis. If you're heading to Wisconsin Dells/Lake Delton area and you want to rent a cabin w/a group they are the #1 people to call!!!
