I cannot express how awful service is! I wish I could give zero stars! My husband took my car in for a simple windshield chip from a rock. They told him they could get him in immediately. When they "fixed" the windshield they cracked it halfway across the windshield. "Well these things happen sometimes." Fine. I understand. We called our insurance to file a claim to get a new windshield and there were no ploblems through them. When we followed up with discount, discount lied to both my husband and the insurance company and got extremely confrontational with the insurance company. We will not do

Axle was amazing! My sunroof had busted and they no longer made aftermarket parts for my car. He saved me over $700 (based on quote from dealership). He recommended a recycled parts dealer and gave me an educator discount! On top of all that it took them less than 30 min to install and have me on my way! Highly recommend this place for service and value!

I recently had my windshield replaced. Everyone was polite and professional. I had an 8 am appointment and my car was in the bay by 8:02 am. A friend of mine had her windshield replaced by someone else and she had to wait a long time and they didn't even put her rearview mirror on her new windshield. Discount Auto took care of everything and I am very pleased. Thank you so much.

When the well-known national company my insurance company referred me to couldn't get to my job for at least two weeks, I called Discount: they not only had what I needed on hand and could do the job today, they were 20% cheaper as well! We gave them a call to see if we can drop off my truck so they can replace my windshield as am at work. We dropped our keys in the mail box drop box. And called me at noon. I was happy with them walking the steps with me. And the price is good. I will use them again. Thank you!!!
