They did not come to my home with the adequate equipment to do the job the first and third time that they were scheduled to come. The second time they were scheduled to come, they just stood me up without a call. I had to call them to see what was going on. They were overbooked that day and weren't going to make it.

Replaced windshield. Asked me if I knew my fender was scratched. Told me he did not do it. I had just hand washed my truck 3 hours before install and the scratch wasn’t there. When I showed him video of them working on the truck where the scratch was and asked for his insurance, he told me to sue him, he wasn’t filing it on his insurance and wasn’t paying for it. I even explained that I understand accidents happen and understood he may have not realized he did it. Very rude and unprofessional. I run a business too and this is why we have insurance. Things happen.

Todd called said he was on his way an would arrive at my home in 30 minutes. Well he arrived in 20 minutes. Once there he an his assistant were very pleasant. They did the job well but my poor back door on my Infinity truck keep closing on him due to having a little particle of glass stuck in the lock button. They finished the job in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I would refer them and use them again.

Great service, the tech stayed in contact with me from the very first phone call. Originally I was suppose to have the window repaired and the afternoon of the repair ,before the tech could even come out to
repair it, the chip cracked and spidered across the window. I had to call him and advise the repair now needed to be changed to a replacement... I contacted him and he had a new windshield ordered the very next day and came out to my home on a Saturday and replaced the window all at a very reasonable cost..no waiting Hassel free. Would definitely use them again.
