We build in Charlotte, Lee and Sarasota Counties and specialize in all aspects of construction. We used Truex Preferred Construction to build our new home. I strongly recommend them. Started build on 10/08/16 (purchased last week of August), moved in 04/03/17. I cannot tell you how absolutely happy we are with the quality of our home. Even other builder's contractors stopped by as we were building to say how Bill Truex is the best builder in the area. They pointed out things with our house to the one next door that was going up at the same time to show the difference. Seriously give them a call, you won't regret it. We've been in 4 years and 5 months now. They have also been so receptive
