We had an estimate for a pool resurfacing and pavers above the existing concrete in early May. The pool is in the curing stage now in Nov. The company had trouble getting the material for the job. The issue that bothered us was the lack of office staff. Nobody to answer calls. One girl running the business. The owner never once checked in with us or checked on the job. It was almost $14,000 and we were very concerned when we couldn't get a return phone call. The communication is awful. It may sound like I work for this company (as you read this review), but I do not. I simply had the pleasure of contracting Tuff Mudder to do a complete remodel of our 14 X 28 inground pool.
Working with Joel (the owner) and Ricky (lead tech) was a great experience. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the men, who worked on and completed our pool, were craftsmen. The attention to detail was what stood out the most to us. Nothing was overlooked. Nothing was "minor" to the crew. New waterline tiles, cantilever tiles and a complete resurfacing with lighting.
