Staff were friendly, and helpful. Seeing the many dolphins at night was awesome. Room 118 was not clean during my stay, sheets had stains, bathroom was dirty, and had hair on the ground. I immediately noticed the mold smell. (I'm allergic) since staying here I have been suffering reactions from the air quality.
This needs to be fixed!
Vending and ice machine out if service.

This is a great property and the rooms are wonderfully clean. Unfortunately they overcharged us for one night and despite my best efforts to work with the manager Stefan I could not get the bill corrected and I was forced to dispute it. If you pay in cash I highly recommend this place it's really lovely

I'm not sure about all the bad reviews. This place isn't bad at all. The rooms were spacious, you have a mini-fridge and microwave, a small table with chairs and a closet. The bed is very very VERY firm.
The ice machine doesn't work but all you need to do is go to the lobby and get two bags of ice out of the cooler. They'll also give you plates if you ask.
The people in the lobby were very nice to us. They do charge a 200 dollar deposit which is wild to us but neither of us smoke or did anything to ruin the room so no biggie there. I'll update the review when I see how

The Creekside Inn was exactly as advertised. The small room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. I thought the pillows were a little hard, but I prefer very soft pillows, so really not a big issue. I appreciated that it was not cluttered with cheesy decorations. The bathroom was clean, hot water worked, and shower had good pressure. The pools were small, but very clean. I loved the covered seating on the dock; it was a great place to have coffee and watch all the boat traffic. My one negative comment is that the lights on the walkways outside of the room shine into the room all night to

What a great experience. Made plans for a last minute to drive to the keys. Spoke to staff several times before booking the stay. They were kind and courteous. We arrived early and ate at Made 2 Order… we headed towards Key West. We realized the offices closed earlier than our estimated time back. Made it in time but very sweet of staff to keep checking in on our progress. Once we finally checked in, I was surprised with the room. Beyond my expectations. The room smelled fresh and clean. The bathroom followed with the cleanliness. Staff knew we were hungry and recommended a place to eat as we

I’m not sure where to even begin. From the moment I made the reservation the staff has been a pleasure to work with and we were not an easy crew! We had 5 room, lots of last min changes and lots of phone calls. We reserved this hotel site unseen. The rooms exceeded our expectations! They were extremely clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff have done a wonderful job and not to mention extremely friendly to talk with! They look like they have been renovated recently. They are in a convenient location, has an amazing restaurant right next door. During check in our group had yet another change

I liked the rooms, they weren't fancy but they were clean and comfortable.
The ice machine was broken which was annoying after a long day we couldn't enjoy a cold beverage.
The pool was clean and refreshing.
There was a little restaurant near with a GREAT breakfast. And a store with cute stuff!
We were able to dock out boat right outside the room which was nice, they charge over 4$ a foot for your boat, the true negative is that they have no cleats to tie on you tie on postsnon the sea wall, the worst part of that are the HUGE BOLTS, that knock the crap out of your boat, make sure

It's a place to sleep. Is it a comfortable place to sleep? Not necessarily. No bars. I advised them that this was a honeymoon and they forgot. For what they charge, they could at least provide a shower that has more than 5 streams of water. Maybe even a toilet that has more of a circumference than 6 inches.
The bed was firm... like a rock. The pillows had the most familiar feel to it. Felt like cardboard. I was afraid if I folded the pillow in half it would tear. Don't drool on it, it may disintegrate (just a theory). All in all, if you're looking for a cheap place to stay and

Booked over 6 months ago and requested 2 joined rooms; they say sure we'll put a note on your reservations. We check in and they begin BS-ing us. Rude attitude @ the front desk. 1 handicap parking space, we… park. then some jackwad parks directly behind us so, we have a difficult time, every time, pulling in & out. Right in the view of the front desk person, they do absolutely nothing. Worst place to stay, cheapest place to stay in the entire keys. 1 room is larger than the next room & they're both a king size bed. that was crappy. uncomfortable rockhard chairs, that forced us to

Called to cancel room reservation due to everything being closed down in the keys (bars/eateries) but person who answered the phone said I can't cancel because of the Corona Virus and there isn't a refund. Well I don't have anything that says I can't and I didn't agree to anything of such sorts. Do I need to charge off with my credit card?

Amazing location , rooms are quaint and more than cozy. Close to many attractions and restaurants like robbies and marker 88. And the best breakfast spot ever right next door on the canal, that gives way to many opportunities to see wildlife such as iguanas , manatees , fish of all species and many of the most beautiful birds in the area. Do yourself a favor and visit. Also go see Tim ward at the paddle shop also located next door and rent kayaks, or take a stand up paddle through the mangroves !

NEVER BOOK AT CREEKSIDE INN ISLAMORADA!!
Pretty ticked off right now. It is amazing how greedy and heartless hotels that are not in the path of a potential devastating hurricane can be and get away with it. Creekside Inn Islamorada I would NOT recommend and honestly think they should be shutdown!! We had booked a 4 night non-refundable vacation… at the hotel for this weekend. I didn't worry about booking it as non-refundable as pretty much nothing was going to to make us cancel and not go. Well except for a massive hurricane which you would think a hotel that has been through utter devastation

This place needs to be boycotted. If I could put ZERO stars on this place I would. Advertises one thing and delivers another. Crappy room. Crappy bed. No place to put toiletries. No couch or chairs. Parking was a nightmare. The room was 12 x 10 if that. We placed a hanger on the door to have our room cleaned and they didn't bother. When the reservation was made there was NO explanation in the difference between rooms with one bed and rooms with two. Apparently the ones with 2 rooms are larger and actually comfortable. We spent an agonizing 2 nights there and will NEVER be back. VERY overpriced

I wouldn't recommend this place. No wonder it was available. Strict NO early check in policy and 30 minutes for a late checkout. Had to wait around until 3 to check in. A whole hotel full of cleaned empty rooms (windows left open, I checked, empty rooms!!) just sitting there all day, while guests sit and wait by the lobby for 3 pm? Never experienced that before!! Had to change clothes and use the bathroom repeatedly in the under construction lobby bathroom, had to ask for soap and no paper towels. Yes ok the canal is nice to pull your boat up, but there's still a ridiculous dockage fee

Be careful booking with this place they hold a 200 dollar deposit and then keep it if you do not clean your room to there standard and falsely accuse you of smoking in rooms and claim they have photos but do not provide them when asked I have put a claim in with my bank just be carefully it's not worth a 300 dollar night in a small room!

The rooms have been recently upgraded since the hurricane. The best part of this hotel is the convenience. You can literally pull up to a lower level room by boat and dock less than 10' from your door. Great access by boat to the Atlantic or Florida Bay.
There is a very popular local restaurant in the middle of the hotel that serves breakfast and lunch. There is a small bar on the dock by the rooms as well as a bait shop, dive boat charters, and paddle-board/kayak rentals. Close to most amenities on Islamorada.

Our traveling companion booked our rooms and I was a little worried about staying here once I started reading the reviews, but the worry was for naught. The rooms were clean, the water was hot and the bed was fairly comfortable. Our breakfast at the Made to Order restaurant next door was very good.
The only negative comment I have is that the room smelled a little musty and the toilet was slow to flush. It's not a 5 star hotel by any means, but for a for a roadside hotel it was better than most.

The hotel is in poor condition and not because of Irma. The room was over $200.00 per night and expensive for what we received. The beds were lumpy, the towels were not absorbant and the bedding was of very poor quality. There were some pieces of drywall missing in the bathroom.
We also were not able to get on the internet and other than in room coffee, the coffee shop does not even open until 8:00 am.
The hotel is also far removed from the water and other activities. I will definitely come back to Ismorada, but absolutely stay at another hotel. Holiday Inns offer far better accommodations
