This was my first tilme eating at Pedrotti's. I ordered a meal for Thanksgiving and was very impressed with the taste and quality of the food.Everrthing so delicious loved by adults and kids alike. The lovely lady that was there to assist with order pick up was so sweet and kind. We will definitely be back. Will also recommend to friends and co workers. A++

Hello! I see what God has done for others so, I, too will do the same… I am here to let you know that walnuts do not go in green beans. Gravy is supposed to flow not jiggle, but flow. And who’s idea was it to put fruit salad with the ham??? I hope this finds you well as my sister is not because all she could eat was…. The bread! Pedrotti's Ranch is a large function holding facility they have many rooms available with really large parking lots it is located right off of 1604 and Hausman /1560 FM
I have never rented space here. I have attended different functions. They have good podiums, audio, and video presentation devices. I have always sat in comfortable chairs at round tables, decorated very nicely. The food has always been yummy.
I have never ate the exact same meal at all the different functions that I have attended. I'm guessing you have quite the variety of food catering options.

Absolutely beautiful venue to host our unit's Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) event. I loved everything about this location, the venue was very spacious and clean (newly renovated patio, lots of decorating/layout options, and tons of parking spaces), the food was amazing, but most importantly, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Especially Vicki P., she ensured the entire evening went as planned and even went out of her way to make last minute changes for us. Everybody had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host their next big event!

This venue has been used for several years to host a fundraiser for the charity Wish for Our Heroes, which supports military families with needs. The Pedrotti family are great hosts and the venue was perfect. This year, 2020 the event was held outside drive-in style, with adult beverages, live music, live auction and silent auction. The event was a success this year as it was last year and the venue and the owners are wonderful hosts. I look forward to traveling to Texas again from California next year for this event.

5 stars for a great corporate event they hosted for our recent business trip to Texas. We where bused from the JW Marriot to Pedrotti's North Wind Ranch and then bussed back that night. We had a cocktail hour before a rodeo, then off to a great country dinner with live music. The evening was much better than I anticipated. Glad I decide not to skip this part of our corporate event.

The owner totally understands customer service!! I was at a large company event hosted by Pedrotti's when the servers at the venue closed up the buffet and my company focused on some End-of-the-Year speeches and employee recognition awards. Here was the problem. You know when you're eating something so good, you get sad as the portion reduces on your plate? That's what I went through! The food was SO good that I didn't want my food to end!

Company had event here, it was awful and the food was terrible!!! The pastries they put out for breakfast were old and dry. The box lunches were old as well. Took the sandwich apart to fix it and the lettuce was brown and wilted. The chairs we had to sit in for hours were small, uncomfortable, and placed way too close together-both side by side and aisle to aisle.

The venue was fantastic. There is a huge main room with a dance floor and a bar. They did a great job decorating for our Christmas party. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. My big complaints were the food and the drinks. The turkey and ham dinner was literally sliced deli turkey and ham rolled up like tacos. Not impressed at all. The cash bar served drinks so watered down I was ordering doubles and still couldn't taste any bourbon. Overall it was a great time and a great location but you might wanna bring your own caterer and booze.

Earlier this year, I hosted a Sweet 16 birthday party for my daughter at the ranch. It's a quint place that reminds me an old old west atmosphere. What I like about this place is they have ample parking space and several facility plans to choose from to fit various functions. The food menu selections is not bad just depending upon how much you want to spend. The facility is however, a little outdated but with some decorating effort, it will be just fine. They can improve a little on their entrance with a more feasible signage and fence line. Especially during the night time,it's rather

We had a "10+" experience! Our daughter wanted a Western theme for her Sweet 16. The venue and decorations could not be more PERFECT! the food was INCREDIBLE! The staff are true PROFESSIONALS and always on point to take care of us and our guests. We look forward to future events at Pedrotti's Ranch!

Can't even write enough good things about Pedrotti's. We had our ceremony and reception at the ranch, and everything was flawless, even when I was making little changes of things just a few hours before the start of the ceremony they were able to accommodate and still pull everything off FLAWLESSLY!
I would reccommend it to every single person, the venue is wonderful and the experience was so above and beyond what other venues offer! Oh and not to mention, I'm still getting compliments on how AMAZING the food was, everyone always says wedding food is gross, well let me tell you

This is an incredible venue that should be tops on your list when searching for a spot to host your next special event. They have a sprawling space tucked just north of 1604 in Helotes (a quick and easy drive, I got there in 12 minutes from my house). It's off the highway, quiet, covered in trees and just a lovely place to enjoy and wander around.
