I always joke that I if I did not work, I could stay busy 24/7 with all that is offered on Hilton Head Island. Visitors can look at all the local magazines for To Do things. I will concentrate on things to keep the second home or condo owner or primary home or condo owner happy and busy on this little treasure island we get to call home.

We started communicating with Susan in the fall of '18 when we were introduced by the membership rep at Sea Pines CC. That was the first example of Susan's connections in the community. Given that she grew up in Sea Pines, Susan knows a lot of people and doesn't hesitate to share the rich history of Sea Pines. That knowledge is helpful to "vacationers" looking to become homeowners. Susan was great to work with. We found a home online, very spur of the moment, and Susan was kind enough to show it to us quickly. Susan is the best person to help you understand Hilton Head real estate! For our first purchase, she took the time to show us different neighborhoods and explained what would work best for our family. We were recently fortunate enough to finally purchase a villa in Sea Pines plantation; our favorite vacation destination for the past several years!
