3d Eyebrow Tattooing is the art of the most natural look permanent makeup, created, named and developed by our permanent makeup specialist, state licensed asthetician, Lisa Wang, who has been dedicated and specialized in enhancing people's natural looking with their beauty needs, eyebrow, eyeliner and lip enhancements.
I have been coming back here for a few years now and love my brows just as much today as I did when I first got them done. I travel to Lisa since I no longer live in the area and she is well worth my 3 hour drive. I don't even remember what life was like before and never want to go back! I believe in the process and think that after 3 consistent years of brow retouches, that my brows are only getting more and more 3D, believe it or not.
We are conveniently located at 9060 Telstar Avenue in city of El Monte, just 1 minute off I-10 at Rosemead Blvd (Exit 26B, heading South towards Long Beach), our office is on the south-east corner of Rosemead Blvd & Telstar Avenue, next door to Pizza Oven, where plenty of free guest parking spaces are available.

I recently got my eyebrows tattoo here. After the initial visit, I came after a month for a touch-up session. The end result is AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL! The color, the shape are very well match with my face. Lisa has done a wonderful job with my eyebrows. The place is very very clean and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Linda & Lisa are professional & excellent. All women should treat yourselves to having feathered brows if yours are sparse, especially after chemo.
Facials are also done with precision. There are at least 10-12 types based on your needs
You deserve at least 1 or 2 x per year for renewing, pampering & removing dark spots. Worth every dime! Call them for next appt. 20 mins from Pasadena.☺

When I first arrived, my impression was of a clean and organized business. I was checked in almost immediately and escorted to a treatment room. After just few moments Lisa the artist came in and I explained what I wanted done. After she had completed the work I was happy with the result. Then she explain the care after the procedure. After a couple months I noticed a couple of areas that needed some minor touch ups, I returned and they were completed in a most gracious fashion. I could not be happier and will recommend this business without question.
