Services
A: I am usually booked months or a year in advance, so it is best to contact me as soon as you know your wedding date. 50% deposit of total will be required to secure the spot, no refundable if significants cancel the services less than 6 months prior to the event. A: It is suggested that you schedule your trial at least 5-6 months prior to your wedding date if you want to do the trial first.

First time ever getting hair and makeup done and I'm so glad I found Echou Makeup. I called about a week before my wedding and Elaine was able to get the contract ready for me in a pinch with a discounted price. We didn't end up doing the trial run because of the short notice so she recommended adding an hour to the session, which we didn't end up needing. Elaine did a wonderful job & the whole time, I felt that I was in good hands. I booked Elaine for my bridal hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids hair! She did a great job helping me get ready for my big day
I ended up changing my hairstyle for the day of the wedding but the trial was good to have. If you are on a budget, I would recommend just skipping the trial and just doing the day of makeup. I just showed Elaine what style I wanted and she worked with me to get it just the way I wanted!
She was very reasonably priced and very close to my house.

Elaine did my makeup for my wedding and I'm very happy with the way I looked on the day of my wedding and in my pictures. I was looking for a makeup artist who is experienced in doing makeup for East Asian clients. My friend recommended Elaine to me and I saw pictures on her website and she quoted me a very reasonable price. She also didn't charge a travel fee as my venue was in city of industry. My family also hired her for makeup and hair, and they were very happy with the results as well.

Elaine was amazing for my wedding day on 11/23/19. She did my hair and makeup, and her team (one hair stylist and one makeup stylist) worked on my bridesmaid, mother, and groom's mother. Everyone looked amazing and they were punctual and efficient.
My services started at 6am and everyone arrived on time because we had to be done by 9am for tea ceremony at 930am. Everything worked out great and smoothly.
The trial hair and makeup was great too, I went to her studio and she was able to follow the pictures and samples. She gave recommendations and suggestions

This is a little overdue but Elaine was amazing for our wedding in 10/2019. Believe me, I shopped around on Yelp and tried to compare pricing with great quality and Elaine had a good package deal for the quality. She is very experienced and knew what she was talking about. We did a trial beforehand and tried 2 different hair styles. Elaine is friendly, and she gives a small touch up kit for the day of that I honestly didn't need except for little lip color.

Elaine and her team did the hair and makeup for my wedding earlier this year for me and my bridal party. They did such a good job! The hair and makeup lasted for over 15 hours. I was very sad to have to wash my hair and makeup off after my wedding because I felt so beautiful throughout the entire event. So many people complimented my bridal look. Reason why is because I didn't have any idea of what type of hair I want, so it was kinda just winging it. Elaine and her team are professional, efficient and absolutely AMAZING at what they do. They arrived on time and knew where to set up to obtain the best lighting. They listen to your preferences and everyone in my bridal party were pleased with the results. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone. Detail oriented, patient. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. She was meticulous with eyeliner, brows, color, hair volume. She also cut up the eye lashes and applied them piecewise for more realism! I will surely use her again. Btw I told her I had hair fallout peoblems and she was patient with my hair to not rip any out.

2. There is a back parking lot if you have multiple people coming over for a hair appointment etc.

Exactly one year ago, Elaine did a fabulous job on my bridal hair and makeup! Her prices are as reasonable as anything "wedding" goes, and it even included airbrush makeup which others were charging extra for. After my hair and makeup trial, I decided to go with something completely different on my big day because I wanted to be more comfortable (all those up-dos require a lot of bobby pins which can become quite uncomfortable after a few hours) and reflect what I normally looked like. Elaine is good, she has a lot of talent with makeup and updos for hair. I did a trial at her studio first, the style turned out to be too dramatic and overdone for my taste, I requested a redo, looked up a lot of more natural styles that I wanted and went back again and she did it more to my liking. So I would suggest going in knowing exactly what you want and bringing a lot of examples from the internet. On the day of my wedding she was on time and did my hair and makeup up to my specifications and I thought it looked beautiful. Her prices are reasonable compared to all the studios I researched

On the day of the wedding, she showed up early (!) to the hotel where we got started with the hair and makeup. She applied everything flawlessly, and everything turned out perfect. Her assistant, Tina, also did an excellent job with my mom and maid of honor. The timing worked out perfectly
