If I could give them a half star I would. Let me start by I reserved a bounce house with them 2 weeks prior to my son's birthday party. Talked to the man jerry. Had confirmed the reservation again a few days prior to the party he assured me everything was good. Come the day of the party I was expecting the house to be dropped off by 10 am. Well a hr later still no bounce house I called and asked when he was coming. Apparently he said my reservation was NOT confirmed and he basically rented the bounce house to someone else and had no other replacement bounce house /combo. Lucky my husband found

Pay a few dollars more and go with a reputable company. This is the absolute WORST company the I have ever dealt with. I ordered an obstacle course for my daughters birthday for the adults and children to use. I spoke with Jerry directly and told him that I did not want a specific course (that I had seen at another birthday party) because it was too small for adults. He agreed that it was much too small and couldnt handle the weight of adults. They set up at the park at 7am, we got there at noon. When we arrived, it was the smaller course that I did not want. This is the most terrible company ever!! They have no integrity. They charged me for a cotton candy machine that didn't have all the supplies included like a power cord that runs the machine . Lol . Of course I found my own cord and for that they charged me full price . I can understand charging me half price or something because yes I did use it . Oh might I add that they did not even bring the bounce I had reserved because it had a tear on the way to bring it to me . I understood all that . Things happen but when you say your going to charge me 90$ because the lack of service but then turn
