DO NOT USE. This place will take your money and not show up. We ordered multiple set ups and they were a no show. The kids (the birthday boy especially) were so disappointed and we have heard nothing from them. Take a moment to read the real reviews and BELIEVE THEM, this isn’t the first time this has happened. Would give zero stars if possible. Can’t believe someone would start a business catered to children’s birthday parties, and just not show up and ruin children’s birthday parties… Garbage.

Rented a bounce house/slide combo and a cotton candy machine, paid in advance, yet they never showed up to deliver it and refused to answer any calls or texts when we tried to get a hold of them. never use this place, the most unprofessional and ridiculous experience of my life. We had a very heartbroken 7 year old who was trying to celebrate his birthday.

If I could give zero stars I would. They do not know how to run a business at all. I placed an order and a day later their website crashed and they did not notify me at all that my order would not be completed until I had called repeatedly until they finally picked up the phone. When I asked them if they would have just left me waiting at my drop off time for them they responded with “I don’t know”. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. There are multiple better companies than this one. I wouldn’t recommend them to my greatest enemy. I would also like to add that their Facebook must

Big top bouncers is amazing! New owners and so compassionate. I was able to rent a dunk tank, cotton candy machine, snow cone machine, a standard bounce house, and a huge water slide bounce house. Very good prices! You also get all this for a couple of days. All of my friends loved and enjoyed all of the equipment.

Supposedly under new ownership. However, emails still contain old owners info. Emails will still be sent out and deposit will be taken to lead you to believe you have scheduled. The day of event they were a no show. They do not answer the phone/emails. They are scamming customers in my opinion. Do not use this company.
