Beautiful pieces, great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Family owned but not Rinky dinky. Jewelry isn't something I know anything about and I appreciated them taking the lead but respecting my personal input and style. I didn't even think about future maintenance, cleaning and sizing but the pros at Kramars took care of EVERY aspect. I really feel like I now have a one of a kind piece. I wanted to surprise my wife with a little something sparkly for her birthday. After explaining she likes simple but classy they brought out different examples and price points and allowed me to decide what I was willing to spend. I took a pair of omega back earrings in for stem repair; when I picked them up they had significant traces of a white pasty sticky material. I left them with instructions that my earrings be cleaned. Upon returning (the second time) my earrings still had traces of this white material in the creases and folds. I didn't realize what happened until later; In my opinion Kramer made a copy/mold of my earrings without my permission.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing everyone at Kramar Jewelry is! My husband wanted to go to a family owned business and man, they sure have made us feel like part of their family! Extremely unpleasant experience. The woman there was nasty, never smiled and would interrupt me when I Asked a question. She was unhelpful to my questions and it seemed like I was a burden to ask them. I went engagement ring shopping here and she used phrases such as "that's all you're going to get" and "that will be it for you" when talking about diamonds and price. I couldn't get out of the store fast enough. Horrible experience for such an exciting time.

I grew up in the neighborhood with the founders of this store. My mothers best friend was an employee of the Kramar brothers for decades. I bought my wife's wedding ring from the original brothers and they treated their clients like family. It is conservative that my family have spent 10's of thousands of dollars here. However the new ownership, whether the children of the founders are just petty and cold. There is a blonde woman that has been there for years and treats everyone like crap. Whatever spirit that used to reside in this establishment under George and his brother are dead

My engagement ring was made in California and it has a wood inlay. I have been pretty rough on it, and it needed to be reshaped desperately. I was having difficulty finding anyone to work on it, but the wonderful people here got it reshaped, secured the main stone and polished it ...all within about 20 min!! Price was very reasonable, and I appreciate all the effort and care they showed my ring.

A great place to shop for diamond, costume jewelry and even repair. My experience was awesome, I received personal attention from the owner Andy! This is an alternative to the big jewelry stores and by far better quality and pricing. Sadly ring did not hold up properly and had to go to a different jeweler to correct 2 flaws in this ring. First was a section of design became disconnected from its mount, second my diseased fathers previous diamond mount in the ring design prongs tarnished black! I've never seen this happen in any of my jewelry. My first purchase from Kramer and my last. I did not return to Karmar

I am so happy that Kramar has a new location! It is so beautiful! We've been Kramar customers for over 20 years. We have bought several pieces here and they stand by what they sell. They have on site jewelry repair. Other jewelry stores bring their repairs here. My engagement/ bridal set was also bought here and they check on my diamond and the pave diamonds on the ring. The prices are the best around. I cringe when people go to the expensive mall jewelry stores. I have referred a lot of people here and they all thank me because they saved a lot of money buying at Kramars. The

If I could have given no stars I would. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. I worked in the jewelry store business for many years so I feel my review is accurate. Went in for a battery and links taken out of my watch, $20 for a battery, $15 to remove links from my watch. It took 20 minutes. If your ever in Brighton go to FAO Jewelers and it was cost you half the price and half the time. Will never return to this jewelry store again.

The staff here is great. George helped me pick out a band and diamond for an engagement ring and took the time out to actually teach me about what I was looking at and for. He allowed me to make the best decision based on what I knew my fiancé would want. She couldn't have been happier. I had no doubt that he always had my best interest in mind, as he often told me if I couldn't see the difference between the diamonds with my eye to choose the less expensive diamond.
