This is a great campground. It is cared for exceptionally well. VERY CLEAN restrooms, laundry, showers, and grounds. It is in the middle of Cortez yet, amazingly quiet. My wife and I were welcomed, felt safe, and really enjoyed our time here. I lost my wedding ring on the site and after we departed another camper found it and the office contacted me and mailed it to me!

We spent 6 nights at Sundance RV Park in Nov, 2021. Between the RV Park, Cortez and the surrounding area we did not want to leave. Easy access to Mesa Verde, all around Ute Mountain and more. The RV Park, including the bathhouse and laundry, is kept spotless by a wonderful group of people. If in the area I highly recommend the park. We thank you!

We were trying to get as far as we could one night and we came upon Sundance and it was such a clean, quaint, easy and relaxing place for all my kids and our pup had a place to play and potty. All around great place to stop even if for the night! We plan to revisit for future trips.

Really nice campground! We were just 10 miles from Mesa Verde National Park. We were created kindly upon check-in, and took advantage of the lending library of books & movies. The showers & bathrooms were spotless and the showers had plenty of warm water. The laundry was also very clean and the machines were reasonable. The sites were level and there was a grocery store nearby.

Great park, have stayed here many times. It's clean, has lots of shade trees, all necessary facilities. Too many trees for roof-mounted satellite dishes but they have very good cable. Wifi is pretty good but can be slow during peak hours. We'll be back.

The park is nice. It is well kept, sites are level and well spaced. It is conveniently located in town and close to Hovenweep, canyon of the ancients, Mesa Verde and much more. The laundry facilities are very clean and well priced. Bathrooms are beautiful and also very well kept. Staff here were friendly and helpful. The biggest downside was the southend neighbors who rent construction equipment are noisy and dirty. My view is a construction yard. The picnic tables here are cute... specially made for 2-4 people.

This is the nicest campground so far on our trip to the west. It’s very neat and well kept. There’s plenty of shade, and the hosts are super nice. Wish we had come earlier and stay later.

This is a tree shaded beautifully maintained RV Park. Traveling for business so only spent 1 night and arrived late, but definitely want to come back. Site was firm gravel base, perfectly level & all hookups in great condition for fast hookup. Restrooms and laundry were spotless. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This might be the cleanest RV park we have ever stayed in and we travel full time in our fifth wheel. We did not reserve a spot but stopped in due to the incredibly high wind gusts and they had a spot. It was so relaxing we stayed 2 nights since they had the availability. The campground did fill up on Sunday so reservations are probably recommended. The camp host was so friendly and informative about local restaurants. The laundry is $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. WiFi wasn't great but there is a satellite hookup. Obviously, we'd recommend Sundance.

Nice campground near downtown with large shady back-in and pull- thru sites.
Very clean laundry and shower/restroom facilities. Laundry has 4 washers and dryers; we never waited for an empty machine.
Dog area is all gravel. There is a large park across a main street from the RV park with lots of grass for the dogs. And there is an enclosed dog park about 2 miles east of the RV park.

Tiny place, but clean, well maintained, quiet. Easy in and out, large drive thru spaces. Tv reception was poor, but for one night between monument valley and Moab, it was a great choice. walmart supercenter and Safeway just down the street. Fuel including diesel next door.

mesa verde national park was a short drive and a must for anyone in the area. We parked at Sundance and immediately headed to Mesa verde.

Great RV park. We booked say of, they responded to my voicemail very quickly. Affordable. With free WiFi, and laundry services. Tighter spots, but worth it for the price. Pretty quite location despite being on a main road. Only problem we had was we couldn't get our RV level no matter how hard we tried, we even moved the RV to slightly different locations on our lot but we were still off every time, even with our leveling blocks. Would recommend.

The Sundance RV Park in Cortez Colorado is one of those nice stops for the night, week, month or even a summer season.
No, I don't work or have and direct relations with owner or Staff.
I have a 38ft motorhome and toad and needed a place to cool down for awhile from Phoenix Arizona until fall.
Found this comfortable campground that I originally was only going to stay a week but after seeing this place I decided to stay a month.
Yes, they found a great space for me under some nice shade tree.
BIG RIG OK
They have good wifi, DirecTV cable which is all I needed. LOL
The Staff is friendly and

Traveling full-time in a 42-foot coach we have stayed in over 400 RV Parks, we stayed here five nights.

(1) Clean, quiet and well-maintained park with great amenities is what you will find here along with a very friendly staff.

(2) We live in the age of WIFI technology and there is nothing to stop any RV Park across this country from investing in doing WIFI properly. This park receives 5-stars for their great WIFI.

(3) Level pads, big coaches need paved or thick gravel pads that are level. We give this park a 5-star rating for the great level gravel site.

(4) Maneuverability, some parks

We stayed at Sundance only two nights but enjoyed it immensely. While compact the park felt spacious and was extremely clean. Fellow campers were not overly friendly but really, does that matter? We did take a day trip to Guy Clark Vineyards and Sutcliffe. Definitely a delightful surprise. We'll be sure to stay at Sundance when next in the area.

I can't say enough good things about this park. We were scheduled to stay four nights but due to a breakdown in our motorhome, Gayle welcomed us back as we awaited parts and repair. The park is kept very clean and the spaces are roomy. Laundry room and restrooms are clean. We ended up staying for 12 days. Nice to be treated so kindly when you are away from home. Location convenient to many businesses within walking distance. We will be happy to stay there again in the future.

Would definitely go back. We used this location as a base to explore southwest Colorado. Worked out well, the only issue is the internet/wifi access. It worked OK the first night, but never worked again (we were there 5 nights). Very clean park, well maintained.
