Great location. Clean sites, easy pull-thrus. Spotless restrooms and showers.. Game room has pool table, movies, books, games and puzzles. ALL very clean. Deluxe & premium refer to site size; each site has water, sewer & power. The standard sites are kind of tight but we we're out all day so not bad, overall. Hot tub was an awesome treat
after hiking all day. Pool and mini golf on site.

This was such a beautiful place with full hookups but the staff are amazing and accomadated us when we asked to move to another spot just because we wanted a more secluded spot. We asked and they said no problem, never had such great customer service with a beautiful camp, usually its one or the other. They are close to the Mesa Verde park entrance which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this place and we plan to go again when our kids are ready to start camping.

Loved it! A campground full of Extras! Beautiful activities building with comfy seating, large screen TV and many different things to do helped make a rainy afternoon fun! Right across the street from Mesa Verde NP entrance too! Perfect spot for camping with kiddies, the playground,
miniature golf and seasonal swimming pool help destress after a day if travel. Sites are pretty tight in the standard section, the sites are rated by size/offering like full hook up. 2 downsides, 1 you all know about if you have been to other campgrounds, the wifi is spotty at best. 2nd is the dump station is not labeled

All shared spaces extremely clean. Bathrooms: spotless. Driveways and camp spots: spotless and tidy. Dog park, playground, pool, mini golf: well maintained.
Best of all, accommodations affordable!
Employees take pride in their work, and the owners take pride in their place.

This is a predatory business. The pictures are deceiving. You have to stop at the office to check in and pay, before you are able to see the grounds. Then, there are no refunds!
The staff were very friendly upon check in, they even provided me a discount because I am a Firefighter (Very appreciated). After we viewed the grounds we found that most of the views are old tarps blocking the surrounding farm. The farm created a lot of flys. And the overall feel of the grounds were not good. It is very dated and needs updating. It is not a destination resort. We decided to relocate to another campground

We highly recommend staying at Ancient Cedars. The staff was amazing and the spots were great. The boys enjoyed the pool and the rec facility. We will return next time we are in the area.
This is not a 5 star hotel to park your camper, if you are looking for that I recommend you go elsewhere. This is a good hearted down home rv park with very friendly people.

This is a rustic resort with a pool and miniature golf. I would say things are a bit dated and it's not a fancy resort or anything. The wifi did not work for us. Unfortunately it rained during our stay so we did not get to enjoy the pool or miniature golf. We liked how it was right across from Mesa Verde National Park. And the views were great. The horse farm next door is also super friendly and gives a discount to guest of the RV park. The roads were a little small for our rig (45ft class A bus). Staff was friendly. Trees were a bit close to the spots and they were small, no tables or room for

We have loved our stay here! The grounds are just quintessential Southwest Colorado. Feels like you’re on a farm especially with the beautiful horses next door. The staff are professional and welcoming. We love that they have such a large dog run and a hot tub! Beautiful views to Mesa Verde and right across the street. Sometimes cell service was in and out but ultimately we were able to stay during work hours and get the job done.

Great customer service! Really nice park! My kids would happily live here forever if they could! 😊 Pool, playground, recreation cabin, mini golf, dog park, super clean bathrooms, super clean laundry room with all matching machines that work fabulously! Nice flat gravel sites with picnic tables. Loved our stay here!

Ancient Cedars RV Park is exceptionally nice. I appreciate that they are close to the Mesa Verde State Park and provided an abundance of accurate information about where to go and what to see. We enjoyed taking our dog to the dog park, and while we didn’t find an opportunity to use it, the mini-golf and swimming pool look like fun. We walked around the entire park and it is so neat and clean, the bathrooms are immaculate, and the showers are HOT and relaxing with good water pressure. Our kids got their energy out at the playground and loved seeing equipment; like teeter-totters and monkey bars
