Hi, we're Justin and Ashly Wilson. Justin started American Irrigation Repair started in 1997, a time when most irrigation contractors were strictly installers who would only do repairs when they had time between installation jobs. Their repair customers were given the lowest priority and service.
Justin felt that there was an opportunity to provide folks with a more consistent service experience when their Irrigation systems needed to be serviced.We were engaged in 2001, married in 2002. During our engagement Ashly came onboard part-time. Ashly's full-time job was a Kindergarten teacher; however, she would schedule jobs, help with customer service and manage the schedule during her breaks, after hours and during the summers.

I owe a BIG thank you to American Irrigation Repair. I busted a pipe doing some digging in my front yard, and they came highly recommended. They did a great job, quickly, and for a great price. In addition to the pipe that I broke, they found a sprinkler head that had been stuck below the yard surface for months and fixed it on their own initiative, without fuss and without charging more than the agreed upon price.

At 12 zones our "No Risk 20 Point Analysis and Tune Up" is a steal for half the standard retail price. Frequent adjustments to your sprinkler heads are very important. It's a good idea to keep your sprinkler system running in tip-top shape so that you are not wasting water or letting parts of your lawn go un-watered for long periods of time. I needed my sprinkler system tuned up so I called American Irrigation Repair (AIR). They quickly gave me an estimate and performed the repairs/upgrades. During the installation of some new sprinkler heads, the crew accidentally severed my internet fiber optic cable. I had the cable repaired. AIR not only quickly reimbursed me for the cost of fixing the fiver line, they gave me a little bit more and wrote me this awesome note (see picture). This is a great company with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They know how to do business well!

I had a broken line compliments of a different landscape company. I called The number and the office manager Kristen arranged for Juan and his partner to come out that morning. Juan was knowledgeable about my system and easy to work with. He even let me know of a couple serious issues with my system I was unaware of. Juan gave me a quick, thorough, and fairly priced quote, and he and his partner were done 2 hours later. Talk about same day service. It even came with a 1 year warranty.

I have waited a couple of weeks to write this review, as I didn't want to write the review while angry. We have been loyal customers of American Irrigation Repair for the last few years. That said, we will never contact this company again. July 31 we had them out to fully inspect and repair our system, as the last 3 stations were not working. Juan M. and another gentleman were very kind and professional; I found them to well represent the company. $370 later, I believed our system to be up and running.... hindsight, I would've asked to see all stations working before the men left. We have had Uriel O., Agustin V., and Paul out to our house 3 times in the last 4 years and have nothing but the best to say about these guys. We first moved in 3.5 years ago and they repaired our sprinklers in the front yard & gave us an estimate for getting the backyard broken ones to work. We were newlyweds and on a budget so we just did the front. We have had no issues with their work and they work great. Recently we decided it was time to get sprinklers in the back working and add some more for full coverage. The guys came out and gave us an estimate (which was WAY better pricing

ANY TIME THEy SHOW UP TO DO A REPAIR ON YOUR PROPERTY EXPECT A $500.00 bill
the company has a lot of turn over on their employes so every time there is new employee and coming and looking for things and killing time,and then they bill the Clint over blown prices.i had done repair on the late 2014 and now again they charging me $500.00 to exchange tow valves with rebuilt ones (less than 20 minutes work).i will never recommend them to any body.

I am currently renting the property I am living in presently and I am required to keep the lawn looking good.
After starting up the sprinkler system for the season I noticed a few issues with it where the heads would not fully extend or they were streaming water in all the wrong places or just not working at all.
I reported the issue to the management company and they notified American Irrigation Repair to come out and do a “tune-up” on the system.

Rob and Jaime were awesome - so glad we called American Irrigation! We were called the day before by the office, and then Rob called when they were 10 minutes away.
When they arrived, Rob was very friendly and pleasant. They completed the checkup quickly and then went over the recommended repairs and finished that work fast also. In our case most of what we needed was included in the checkup.
It is rare to have such a pleasant experience with a service call. Most technicians, for any trade, are competent and will get the job done, but Rob's positive attitude really made a difference and that

We've used American Irrigation Round Rock for the last 3 years, initially for a repair to our existing sprinkler system, and then annually for a maintenance check on our system. They show up when scheduled and I've not had any issues with the work that they perform. The personnel that we've dealt with are professional and business-like.

As a business owner myself, I have very little free time to spend waiting for service calls.
American Irrigation have always called that they were on time or running alittle late, so I knew what time they were going to be there.
Price has been reasonable and they have always taken care of my problem in a timely manner. I will call them first everytime for any repair I might need. One more thing! They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need.

Have been through two other sprinkler companies in the past, trying to get our sprinkler system functional. We have a small strip on the side of the lawn that, despite repeated service calls from the previous company, (and $$), still had dry spots and dead grass by the end of summer.
Sean and American Irrigation were able to make adjustments to the sprinklers so that we had no more dead spots.
Company has been reliable, service calls are on time, Sean and staff have been professional.

Very happy with my experience with American Irrigation Repair. From the first contact when I called them, everyone I dealt with was helpful and professional. They called ahead, showed up as promised and even called after to make sure I was satisfied. The guys had to repair an underground leak under muddy, messy conditions and left everything looking good! I definitely recommend!!

This is what I thought of their first visit.Their second and third visit has been a nightmare for me.They fixed the sprinkler controller and messed up the sprinkler head.I have a leak and now the water is flowing down the street....
Everything was fine until they came in.....I have more complications than you can imagine..

After buying a house, we inherited a shoddily constructed sprinkler system. One of the zones were leaking and I couldn't find the value for it. The sprinkler techs from American Irrigation Repair arrived on time, gave a reasonable quote, found and replaced the value in under an hour! They also properly respliced the wiring that had just been twisted before.
The only downside is that they seemed to be in a hurry to get to their next job, but I'll take that as an acceptable trade-off with being punctual and efficient.

After receiving a very large water bill from the city, I had a hunch that I had a leak. It had been 7 years since my sprinkler system was installed, so I figured I'd have them check for leaks and do an overall system check.

So it's July in Texas and my sprinkler system stops working just as the 100 degree heat kicks in and the storms stop. Based on reviews online for the folks that installed the system I decided against Phoenix and went with American Irrigation to help me figure it out.
The appointment person was very friendly and they had plenty of times available for them to come out. When they guys got here they went over to the controller box and within 2 minutes figured out I had a faulty rain switch and turned it off and the sprinklers were fixed.
