Our house had seepage from the heavy rain and we called multiple times to get someone out for an estimate. We have insurance coverage but it has a cap on it. After them trying to bypass the estimate and send a crew to start tearing up walls 3 times we were told to go with another company because they are too busy to send an estimator even though several people in my same neighborhood said they were able to get them. If you can't be bothered with me when you are busy don't try to solicate my business when you aren't.

My neighbor recommended Servpro when I had water in my basement. They came and dried out the place, checked to see if mold had developed and made sure that everything was alright. They even helped me to file my claim with my insurance company. You guys are awesome!

Total scam!!! came out to my house Did a bunch of Demel that I could have done. Lot of things that weren't necessary put a bunch of fans in and humidifiers. Was originally told I could keep my carpet. But they saw an opportunity. And then told me I couldn't. Took a sample For what I don't know?said they were sending it off to the lab never got results. Do not hire !! Get yourself a another contractor .

My insurance company recommended that we call Servpro to assist with smoke damage from a small fire that had happened the day before in my home. I was a complete mess and unsure of what even to do or where to start. I spoke with Chris who was very helpful and patient with all of my questions and he was able to come out the same day I called. They started the job the following day and the crew that came out was professional and respectful of all my belongings. They did a great job and were able to get rid of the smoke smell. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I had some water damage due to a toilet overflowing from the third floor of my house into my basement. My State Farm Insurance Agent recommended I call Servpro in Oak Lawn. Within an hour Chris was at my house to check out the water damage and shortly thereafter had a crew of guys out to begin work. I was extremely impressed throughout the entire process and was thoroughly explained everything they did. Chris and his team made a horrible experience bearable and I am thankful my agent recommended that I call them! I will definitely be recommending Servpro Oak Lawn to my family and friends. Thanks
