Spoke with Jessica regarding possible foundation problems in my new home. It was very overwhelming trying to find an engineer who could give me direction on what potential steps to take.
She was very understanding and helpful when I was discussing my issues with her on the phone. She helped me understand what I was seeing and recommended the appropriate steps to take based on my situation (she recommended a wait & see approach). Her quote for consultation was very reasonable and the cheapest among those I called in my area.
