STAY AWAY they are disgusting practice, lucas was only decent dentist there and now he's gone it's gone absolutely disgusting to the point I had to get my doctor to help me in the end, the staff are just rude, they will do absolutely nothing to help even when u have an infection and are in pain u still have to fight for them to help. Worse dentist ever in chester.

I rated them one star because I cant go lower than that. I got a filling which came out 2 months later and the pain on my tooth was constant. I managed to get another appointment after days of contacting them and trying to explain my reasons. I went back and the dentist was awful. I was in too much pain during the process, he didnt even bother to properly clean the tooth before re-filling it and went back home in excruciating pain that lasted for weeks. Had to get another dentist from a different dental care to sort the problem out. I am never ever ever going back to chester dental clinic, ever

While I was registered here, was constantly being pushed to see a "specialist" (including for a root canal that they didn't want to do because it "needed to be private" - just ignoring the fact that root canal is available on the NHS).
I was switched dentists with no explanation.
I had three appointments cancelled on me (including one where I took the afternoon at work, arrived at the dentists to be told that my dentist was off sick (I received no phone call or offer to see one of the other dentists).
Yet, when I cancelled an appointment (I had to leave a voicemail as no one picked up) then

I went to another dentist first. They filled my tooth three times and each time the filling fell out. In the end I gave up and came here where I say Lucas. Very professional service all round. The problem was that the cavity still had decay in it. It needed to be drilled a bit more, dressed and a temporary filling put in. A few months later I had the temporary filling out and a new one put in. A year later and all is going well. Much better than my experience at a different dental practice
