PTHCSM has been providing quality services in the Chicagoland area since 2003. We specialize in therapy for the State of Illinois Early Intervention program for children ages 0-3. Our partners and staff are dedicated to bringing you the level of expertise demanded to support the complex needs of each child.
Our range of EI service capabilities is extensive. We offer fully credentialed PT, SLP, OT, DT, Nutrition, LCSW/LCPC and coordinated TEAM evaluations. We provide direct services in all disciplines and we provide Spanish, Polish, Russian, and Hindi/Urdu Interpretation and Translation services. We have therapists fluent in Spanish, Russian, and Polish as well.

PTHCSM therapists have flexible schedules designed to accommodate their patients needs as well as their own. Our office staff is available M-F from 9am until 6pm.
