This well maintained beachfront condo in beautiful South Padre Island is available for vacation rental directly by owner. It has been completely updated and renovated in the summer of 2018. Unit is on the fourth floor (accessible by elevator) north corner of a beach front building, With windows on three sides, you get gorgeous beach view in every room.
Beautiful beachfront condo on the ground floor of a small building. It has a big beach front patio that you can walk down four steps and you'll be on the sand dune already. Walk to your right through a wrought iron gate and you'll be at the pool/Jacuzzi area. The condo is very spacious, about 1600 square feet inside.
A Beautiful and newly renovated Beach House directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. You'll get beach view from the deck, living room, kitchen/dining and from one of the bedrooms. We purchased this beach house in 2010, and had it totally gutted down to the bare concrete walls. This whole house is like new, new walls, new ceiling, new wiring, new plumbing, new heating and cooling.
My family of 6 plus my mother stayed at this condo for four nights and wished we had more time to enjoy our vacation. Here are some things that made me rate the property so high: - great communication with the owner, very responsive and detailed. We received directions and all required information in advance.

In these days of the Covid epidemic, we were dying for a get away but didn't want to interact with planes or public. VRBO provided the perfect answer. A roomy, spotless condo right on the beach on South Padre Island for a reasonable cost. Registration, check-in, and arrival were all handled electronically. All directions were crystal clear, driving directions, gate codes, and keyless entry. The condo sleeps 6, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large, well equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area. Everything is in excellent working order. My only minor issue is well worn furniture

My family and I rented a condo here for the weekend. The buildings and grounds are a little older but well maintained. There are two pools and a hot tub. These sit right on the beach. I like the keypad gate for entry. Makes me feel safer. I would stay here again and I would recommend this place for families. It is on a quieter stretch if the beach and when we where at the pool is was mainly families swimming and all the kids seemed to be well behaved (even mine thankfully)!
