Hackleman Auto Collision Repair was started in 1962 by Ward and Diana Hackleman. Ward had a strong passion for working on cars and rebuilding them. In the year of 1962 he left his factory job and made his dream a reality. Hackleman Auto Collision Repair began in Whitestown in a small building. It continued on in this location until 1973.
Hackleman Auto Collision Repair has 2 full service collision repair shops located in Hendricks County. Both locations have the personnel and equipment to handle all of your vehicle repair needs. We handle repairs from very minor dents and scratches to heavy hits. We perform all of the body repairs and refinishing in house.
My Hackleman Auto experience was great. Not only did they do a great job repairing my vehicle, but they gave great advice on how to deal with the insurance companies. They did the extra little things that will keep me coming back. I have always heard that Hacklemans Auto is a great place to get your vehicle repaired after a crash, but fortunately, I have not needed their service.
Our Danville location is located right in the heart of town in the historic inter-urban building. Our facility is one block east of the court house. It is across the highway from the Subway shopping center and caddy-corner from the public library. Our Avon location is located near the center of town right off of U.S. 36.
At Hackleman Auto Collision Repair we want to do everything we can to ensure a pleasant repair experience for our customers. That includes in keeping them updated as to how their repairs are progressing. We provide our customers to check the status of the repair online. There you will be able to see updated photos showing your vehicle going thru the repair process.

Having worked with Hackleman Auto Repair years ago as an outside auto repair appraisal service I often went to the shop for repair and supplemental estimates on damaged vehicles. At that time I noticed the superior service they provided and how easy they were to work with. For that reason I stopped by today to get an estimate on my own vehicle.

Hackleman Auto was a fantastic place to take my car to. They were so friendly and helpful throughout the process. The directly worked with my insurance company. After I came to pick up the car, it had been detailed for me, smelled great & I even got a little goody bag! I would recommend to everyone!
