I couldn't update my custom computer tower for years, until I finally took it to Pc Innovations.
I explained the problem to Tom, took it in for repairs, and he went above and beyond with it. Not only did he fix the problem, but he cleaned my computer of all the dust, and even upgraded me to windows 11!
I would highly recommend this place, It was certainly worth every penny to bring it to Tom!

I was very unhappy about my purchase at Best Buy.and was not happy with their service. So I returned the laptop. I talked to Tom and he fixed me up with a nice laptop, transferred everything over from my old one. I'm up and running great AND saved money. I should have gone to him first. I won't make that mistake again. If you are even thinking about new equipment or are having trouble with your preset setup, CALL TOM. I recommend him highly. He gives great service, very responsive and doesn't talk down to you like Best Buy did to me. Thank you so much Tom.

Tom and Rachael at PC innovations were awesome! I have tried many different places in the past and was always disappointed. Finally, I found people that I can trust. Upon reading other reviews I saw claims of magic and wizards inhabiting this business. Well I'll be dammed, there be a wizard working magic in that place. That woman that works there, Rachael, she is good. Very intelligent, kind, and absolutely magical with her work. Very clean job, ran better than when I got it. Definitely much faster. This is my new go to for sure. Highly recommended. Money will spent. Thanks PC innovations!

I don't usually write reviews but Tom and Rachel were fantastic to work with. I recently attempted to add a new piece of hardware to my custom PC and my computer came back with a lot of serious errors. The internet was useless for finding information but Tom was able to get it working. It took a while to figure out but he made it happen. Tom would call me every few days to let me know how he was making progress and charged me a very reasonable price. Amazing people and amazing service. Thank you!!!

Not only was the Experience Timely and Affordable, but the personal service and care with which I was treated added up to a memorable experience. Im Never going the Geek Squad or asking anyone else about computers ever Again. My 7 year old Laptop(ancient in our world) practically runs like new thanks to the Expertise of Ms. Rachael Lutz!! So thankful I found them! My gaming laptop screen broke suddenly, which I use this laptop everyday so needless to say it cause me to panic. I then went online and found Pc Innovations and called them and they were incredible. They were quick, they called me every step of the process, and were incredibly responsive. Their price was most definitely fair and at very good value. I will be recommending them to anyone I know with computer issues and will be going back to them for any issues that may arise in the future!

Tom has been incredible. He’s always quick at answering or returning my call. Not only is he very knowledgeable but he’s also a great person! Tom and Rachel are fantastic. I brought them a gaming PC that needed additional hardware installed. Tom quoted a fair price and completed the work on time and as he promised. Tom and Rachel are both very knowledgeable and place a high value on customer service. High level of Service and Professionalism. We used them for an emergency office call when our printer stopped working after a Windows 10 update 2 weeks ago. They got us up and running in a matter of hours, cleaned up our system and we even had them install a solid state drive in our laptop. Excellent company

I couldn't be happier with the work the fine people at PC Innovations did on my aging MacBook Pro. Years ago I cracked the screen, then I flubbed up repairing it myself because I wasn't aware just how difficult it had become to repair any portable Apple product. Total black screen.
Still years ago, Apple quoted me an $800 starting price, so I bought a cheap laptop. That laptop suffered a broken display screen - half black - a couple years later. I have to stop falling asleep with these things on my lap!
