Ray of TCN is not only one of the best computer experts I know but also one of the best PEOPLE I know. All services and expenses are broken down so you know exactly what you are getting from him. a gentle spirit, you will undoubtedly feel at ease as Ray works on your system or network. He is not cheap but he is reasonable and an expert in the networking and computer repair fields. You undoubtedly get what you pay for here. Having brought my computers to Ray for years, he is not only personable but very professional as well. I can call Ray at almost any time and he will fit me into his schedule

Our family business has been using TCN for quite sometime now. Ray is the BEST!!! We've had countless problems with our business computers, and Ray is always right there to save the day. If there is a problem he doesn't know how to solve right away, he will take the time to figure it out, and will not leave until the issue is resolved. I had a damaged internal hard drive from my last computer that I needed to retrieve some data from. TCN was there the day I called and was able to fully assist me with this issue and for a very reasonable fee. What's even better is the friendliness of the staff and in particular, Raymond. His skills and patience enabled us to pull everything I needed from the affected drive. Thank you, Thank you.
