I had a bad experience here today!! I been here 5-6 times and things were o.k. however today i got a bread with my sandwich that was super stale n old..I would have taken the sandwich back but i was super hungry so i ate it although the dough was super hard to bite thru!! I will give them one more shot and i also will mention this when i am in there next time!!

I gave them a 2nd chance after my last delivery was so late it cost me a half hour of online work with a student, about $35. No call, no text, no apology.
Today the deliver was over an hour later than promised: I order lunch before noon, it arrived after 2 PM. It no longer matters that the food is good - it is. But today's order, so late with no call, or text or email, was incorrect. We ordered Carrot Orange Lemon juice, and received a banana yogurt drink. When we called to ask where the food was, the phone rang & rang with no answer - just a computer voice indicating their voicemail

I tried this for the first time, and was pretty impressed. I have a hard time finding a good deli sandwich in the city, and on top of it, the price was right. The bun was amazing, the toppings were great and in my opinion perfect and could taste it all. Was it a ton of meat? No, however it was quality meat and I didn't have to unhinge my jaw to bite into it. On top of this, the people working all had masks on which was good, and my food was ready to go by the time I got there. They also greeted me as soon as I stepped in to ask how they could help me. I'd definitely eat it again.

So many reviewers have already called this place a gem so I won't repeat it. But it is. They've also said it has delicious food, is a great value, and has friendly service. Also all true.
I've been going for years and am never disappointed. I love that I can get some fantastic, fresh sandwiches for lunch and also stock up for dinner and future meals. And yes, I did say sandwiches...plural...b/c I have several favorites and order them all. Love the leftovers.
While I'm there I pick up soup, lasagne, ravioli etc for other meals. Such handy items to freeze for later. The meat

I ordered the meatball sandwich and it was awful. The bread was not toasted , the cheese was not melted and the meatballs were terrible. I tried to get a refund from Uber Eats and they told me to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant and they told me to talk to Uber. The man on the phone was very rude. I even asked if I could just get a credit for a sandwich for another day, I'm talking about 8 BUCKS. DO NOT waste your money on the meatball sandwich and in my opinion a place that could care less about thier customers.

The shop owner seems to dislike his customers. Yesterday, I tried to pay for a sandwich I had ordered and he told me off. I still don't quite understand why, but I walked out to him taunting me. I suppose that I caught a stray emotional bullet from a man with an anger problem. I hope that he feels better soon, but unleashing anger on paying customers seems to be a poor business strategy. (Unless you're going for a Weiner Circle vibe.)

The BF and I wanted some sandwiches. Enter this fantastic deli in the neighborhood. Great prices, quick service and the sandwiches were really great.
And the rest of the store! Many interesting products, some fancy tonic water that was $3.99 for four, vs. $7.99 for four as I've seen it before. All sorts of Italian delicacies - cheese, meats, pasta and sauces.
I WILL BE BACK!!!

Their sandwiches are fantastic. I alternate between the Amy's Favorite and the Southwest panino. The grainder isn't on their site menu. See what it looks like in person instead of relying on my photo.
Don't forget to look at their precooked foods in the cooler and grocery items. It's a close spot for 00 flour if you make your own pasta.

My father-in-law, Daddy-O, passed away on Xmas Day. After his burial, I wanted to have people over for a light lunch. Daddy-O loved this place and it seemed a fitting thing to order the sandwiches he loved.
