Brimfield Farm has been in the Hughes family for 100 years. The farm was purchased in October of 1918 by Richard and Nina Hughes. Upon Richard's retirement, his son Bud operated the farm until 1982. John and Patricia have operated and maintained the farm since 1982. We invite you to visit our century old barn and take a walk back in time in our most intimate setting.

We found this awesome winery on our way to Saratoga. Very unique in that it shares a space with a golf driving range and is located in a historic dairy barn.
We decided to start with a tasting and enjoyed 5 samples for $5. They also offered an option for $7 which was 5 tastings and a glass to take home. After the tasting we loved the Pinot Gris so much we each had a glass and thought we should have something to eat with our wine. They had cheese, crackers, meats, wine slushees and wine ice cream for sale. But we found a container of lovely chocolates. The winery teamed up with a local chocolate

Came here for a wine tasting on a hot summer afternoon and was quite impressed! The tasting was excellent (includes 5 picks), the service was great, and the grounds/scenery is beautiful. The venue opens to a patio that overlooks a driving range, so it's a great place to knock out a couple of activities in a single trip, and there was great live music during our visit as well. Ended up purchasing the Hananiah (carbonated riesling) and a wine slushie to go. Will definitely return when I am back in the region.
