Nick Keblish, owner and winemaker, spent a career of over 30 years in engineering. In 1995 while working at Cherry-Burrell in Little Falls, NY, he was approached by the engineering manager with a request to take the lead on the design of stainless steel tanks for the wine industry. And, the enjoyment of wine began!
Having been primarily interested in beer at the time, he began a self-teaching effort to become knowledgeable on winemaking to better understand the needs of that industry. Working in manufacturing for so many years, he learned in order to design, you need a thorough understand from a producer's perspective.

Fantastic wine. Prospect Falls Winery was a new stop for our group. Wines were delicious across the board from sweet to dry. And their wine slushies by far, hands down were the best we've had. Facility is beautiful and clean. Owners were wonderful, friendly and made you feel at home. They were very descriptive and knowledgeable about their wines. This place will be on our list to hit whenever in the area. Definitely stop in and try their wines, delicious and priced well.

Amazing staff, delicious wines, cannot go wrong! Made it a point to check out some local businesses on our way home from the Adirondacks and this was one of them. We loved our first tasting experience so much we almost left but went back and had a glass of wine with locally sourced cheese from Grassy Cow Farms. A worthy stop!

Fun place, great wine! Visited on a Sunday on a whim. Got to spend some time talking to the owner, he was very knowledgeable and seemed to love sharing his vision. He also genuinely cares about the area and the community within it. Wine was delicious, and seemed to have something to satisfy anyone's palette. Will definately be back in the future!
