The office is always neat and clean.
We are always greeted by a friendly receptionist. She always has a great smile, immediately making you feel comfortable. Our appointments are on time. Business always done to our satisfaction.
If we need to make a call, we are called back the same day or no later than the next day with the answer to our problem
We have been with Marci Barrett for a very long time. We use to go to her old office in Lorain, on Oberlin Avenue. In our opinion, Marci is the best in the business; and we are super proud that she is our agent!!!!

I relocated from Tallahassee, Florida to Avon, Ohio in November 2018 due to employment purposes. I called the Marci Barrett - State Farm Insurance Agency and my State Farm insurance in Tallahassee, Florida was moved over to Avon, Ohio effectively and efficiently. I have been with them ever since, I did notice I got a rate reduction during the pandemic, on the car insurance which was nice. They are a friendly, professional group, and the insurance rates are a good value. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for insurance in the Avon / Avon Lake area!!
